Edit B. Olasz Harken M.D.

Edit B. Olasz Harken MD, PhD is a co-founder of Harken Derm, a professional skin care line tailored for sailors, and has been a key member of the American Academy of Dermatology since 2018, serving on the Melanoma/Skin Cancer Community Programs Committee and the Advisory Board for Wisconsin. Additional leadership roles have included Director of the Laser and Aesthetic Clinic at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dermatology Section Chief at Milwaukee VA Hospital, and President of the Wisconsin Dermatological Society. Olasz has a robust research background, having served as a Senior Research Investigator and Scientist at the Medical College of Wisconsin, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Institutes of Health, and a Board Member of the International Transplant Skin Cancer Collaborative. Educational credentials include an MD and PhD in Medicine and Cutaneous Immunology from Szeged, as well as a dermatology residency completed at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
