Bethany Burk

Bethany Burk, MHA, currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at the American Academy of Family Physicians, a position held since January 2014, where key responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, managing partnerships, and supporting organizational success. Previously, Bethany held roles as Senior Strategist for Strategic Operational Projects and Quality and Practice Strategist at AAFP, contributing to payment and practice transformation and leading cross-divisional teams. Prior experience includes working as a Product Specialist at iShare Medical, LLC, overseeing the development of a cloud-based software solution, and as a Financial Analyst Assistant at 21st Century Edge, where management of client accounts and strategic goal setting were primary functions. Bethany holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration, both from Park University.
