Shylo Gottling

Shylo Gottling is a skilled chemist with extensive experience in various analytical and laboratory roles. Currently working at the U.S. Department of Labor since November 2022, Shylo prepares and analyzes chemical samples for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration using advanced techniques such as gas chromatography. Previous experience includes serving as a Student Affiliate in the Criminalistics Section of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and working as a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician at Henkel, where Shylo conducted chemical and FTIR testing on consumer products. Additional roles have included an internship with Salt Lake County Youth Services, an administrative position at AAMCOR LLC, and a laboratory internship at Unified State Laboratories. Shylo holds a Master's degree in Forensic Science and Technology from Stevenson University, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Utah, and an Associate's degree in Biology Technician/Biotechnology Laboratory Technician from the Jordan Academy for Technology And Careers - North.
