Joyce Batcheller is a highly experienced nurse executive and educator, currently serving as a Nurse Executive Advisor at The Center for the Advancement of Healthcare Professionals since 2016, where Joyce leads the development of a CNO Academy and mentors new nursing executives. Concurrently, Joyce operates as a Consultant and Educator with ANA NKC since 2013, assisting hospitals in achieving Magnet® and Pathway to Excellence® designations, and serves as Adjunct Faculty at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing, co-teaching courses in systems leadership and population health policy.
