Woolforde's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Administrative Director and Corporate Director. Additionally, Woolforde is a Fellow at The Health Management Academy and the American Academy of Nursing, with membership in The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, and serves on the board of the Association for Nursing Professional Development and the National League for Nursing. Academic contributions include an Assistant Professor position at Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine and a Fellow position at The New York Academy of Medicine. Woolforde's educational background includes a Doctor of Education from Columbia University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve University, among other degrees.
