Justin Seret

Justin Seret is a Climatebase Fellow participating in Cohort 5 of the Climatebase Fellowship, a climate career accelerator, since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Human Factors Engineer and Human Factors Engineer at Intuitive from 2013 to 2022, where responsibilities encompassed researching usability and safety of robotic surgical systems and developing training programs for surgical staff. Justin also served as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (2010-2013), providing expertise in medical technology for various government projects, and held positions at Brainlab (2006-2008) as an Image Guided Surgery Support Specialist and at NASA (2003-2006) as a Biomedical Engineer, contributing to bioastronautics research. Earlier career experience includes an engineering role at the US Department of Transportation, focusing on vehicle crash safety analysis. Justin earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2004.
