Mosaad Alhassan

Mosaad Alhassan is an accomplished optometrist and academic, currently serving as a Faculty Member and Laboratory Demonstrator at King Saud University since 2008. Additionally, Mosaad holds the position of Vice President at the Saudi Society of Optometry SSO starting in July 2024 and has been a Doctoral Fellow at the American Academy Of Optometry since November 2021. Mosaad's research background includes a PhD in Vision Science/Physiological Optics obtained from the University of Waterloo, where Mosaad also completed a Master’s Degree in the same field. Mosaad's early education includes obtaining two Bachelor's degrees in Optometry and Vision Science from King Saud University. Leadership experience includes serving as the President of the Saudi Students Association at Waterloo from January to December 2017.
