Gerald Manning

Gerald Manning is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, program coordination, and IT services. Since October 2017, Gerald has been serving as a Senior Onboarding & Support Specialist at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and previously worked as a Customer Support Associate. Before AAOS, Gerald was a Program Coordinator at the American Joint Replacement Registry (AJRR) from October 2016 to October 2017. Gerald also operated as a freelance IT Technician and Graphic Designer from 2008 to 2012, working on various projects that included building custom desktop systems. Earlier in Gerald's career, from 1997 to 2004, Gerald was the Owner of Type III Sales, where a retail catalog business transitioned to a web-based store, and Gerald acquired valuable business skills in market launch, finance, and marketing. Gerald holds a BA in Visual Communications from Westwood College - Denver North, earned in 2008.
