Tania Yusaf, JD, LL.M, CIPP/US, currently serves as Associate General Counsel at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) since July 2024. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Counsel at FinThrive, Senior Legal Counsel at TransUnion Healthcare, and Staff Attorney at Rush University Medical Center, where Tania managed high volumes of research contracts and provided legal guidance on compliance matters. Tania's legal career also encompasses roles as Contracts Attorney at Inside Out Legal LLC and Associate Attorney at Wexler Wallace LLP, where notable achievements include obtaining multi-million dollar verdicts in complex medical device litigation. Tania holds an LL.M. in Health Law and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English Language & Literature from the University of Michigan.
