Eric Martinez

Eric Martinez, DMS, PA-C, CAQ-EM, DFAAPA, serves as the Director of Advanced Practice Provider Education in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine since January 2012, concurrently practicing as an Emergency Medicine PA at Ben Taub General Hospital. Martinez is actively involved in leadership roles, including serving as Director-At-Large on the AAPA Board of Directors since July 2021 and as Chief Operating Officer of The Kaiden Paul Foundation since July 2024. Previous positions include President of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and Laboratory Instructor at Midland College. Education includes a Doctor of Medical Science from Shenandoah University, a Physician Assistant Fellowship in Emergency Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine, and a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, among other credentials.
