Michael Champion

Michael Champion is a distinguished Physician Assistant with extensive experience in military and civilian healthcare. Serving at the American Academy of PAs since 1978, Michael holds the title of Distinguished Fellow (DFAAPA) and has achieved life membership in several professional organizations, including the Society of Army PAs and the National Guard Association of Texas. Michael's military career spanned from 1972 to 1994 with the US Army, where responsibilities included supervising troop medical care and training enlisted medics. Michael's educational achievements include a Master of Surgical Science and Practice from the University of Oxford and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, among other qualifications in healthcare and education.
