Sondra Depalma

Sondra DePalma, DHSc, PA-C, DFAAPA, CLS, CHC, FNLA, AACC, serves as the Vice President of Reimbursement and Professional Practice at the American Academy of Physician Associates since November 2016, where responsibilities include advocating for optimal payment policies and overseeing reimbursement and regulatory initiatives for Physician Assistants. With experience as a Senior Director and Director of Regulatory & Professional Practice at AAPA, Sondra has significantly contributed to advancing the PA profession and enhancing patient health. Additionally, Sondra has held various roles in cardiology as a Physician Assistant across multiple healthcare institutions, including Penn State Health and Holy Spirit Health System. Sondra's academic achievements include a Doctor of Health Sciences from A.T. Still University and a Master of Health Science from Lock Haven University, among other credentials in healthcare and medical education.
