Marcia Locke

Marcia Locke is an experienced legal professional and project manager with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Consultant Project Manager for the American Acquisition Group since 2015, Marcia specializes in Department of Transportation Right of Way projects in Ft. Lauderdale. Previously, as an Attorney at The Law Offices of Julia Best Chase, P.A. from 2010 to 2015, Marcia practiced in various legal areas including Eminent Domain, Family and Criminal Law, Guardianship, and Probate, demonstrating compassion and efficiency. Prior to that role, Marcia was the Chief of Eminent Domain/Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Department of Transportation from 1992 to 2010, where Marcia led a team of lawyers in handling complex high-profile cases in multiple counties. Marcia holds a Juris Doctor degree from Shephard Broad Law Center/Nova University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in English Education/Speech Communication from Florida International University.
