Estela Rowe

Estela Rowe has extensive experience in healthcare management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Patient Services at American Addiction Centers since November 2001. In this role, Estela leads multiple departments, including Intake/Admission, Business Office, and Transportation, overseeing a team of 15 and managing over 2,500 admissions annually. Prior to this position, Estela established the Billing and Collections Department at Greenway Center as Accounts Receivable Supervisor from 1999 to 2001, where responsibilities included staff management and departmental planning. Estela also served as Collections Supervisor at Colonial Hospital from 1994 to 1996, effectively managing psychiatric and chemical dependency collections. Earlier in Estela's career, with Elliot & Kastle from 1992 to 1994, responsibilities included managing corporate major accounts and ensuring account retention through regular buyer meetings.
