Mark Stovall

Mark Stovall is an experienced leader in mental health and addiction treatment, currently serving as the Divisional Executive Director - West at American Addiction Centers since January 2024. Previously, Mark held various executive roles at Oxford Treatment Center, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, from March 2018 to January 2024. Prior to that, Mark was the Executive Director at Stonewater Recovery Center and the Bureau Director at the MS Department of Mental Health. Mark’s extensive career in mental health includes positions such as Director of the Division of Treatment Services and Clinical Services Coordinator within the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. Mark holds a Master of Education in Community Counseling from Delta State University and pursued studies at Mississippi State University from 1991 to 1993.
