Ali Etebari

Dr. Etebari brings over 15 years of product design and development experience, using CMMI principles to rapidly bring breakthrough products to market, and also serves as co-PI on the NASA SIO demonstration program for UAS operation in the National Airspace.

Ali holds his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees from the Mechanical Engineering department at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Prior to joining AA ISR in 2020, Dr. Etebari served in Technical Leadership positions for defense contractors and commercial entities in the security, counter-IED, TEMPEST/TSG, and UAS industries, and holds two US patents for non-intrusive detection systems.

In this role, he is responsible for running Engineering and Production Operations for the AiRanger UAS platform in Sterling, Virginia. His Engineering and Production teams combine decades of mechanical, electrical, systems, and aerospace expertise to provide world-class support of AA ISR’s product offerings to a range of customers in both the commercial and defense industries.
