Javier M. Reyes, AAP, APRP, CTP, NCP has extensive experience in corporate treasury management and cash management products. Javier M. currently holds the position of Director of Treasury Management Operations at American AgCredit since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the VP, Payments Strategy & Senior Payments Consultant at WesPay from 2019 to 2020. From 2015 to 2018, Javier served as the Lead Product Manager- Corporate Treasury Management at CoBank, managing cash management products and implementing product enhancements. Javier M. also held various roles at Popular Community Bank, including VP, Manager- Corporate Treasury Management Product Management & Implementations and VP, Sr. Product Manager- Corporate Treasury Management Services. Javier's earlier experiences include positions at Fifth Third Bank and Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. Overall, Javier M. Reyes has a diverse background in treasury management, product strategy, sales, and project coordination.

Javier M. Reyes, AAP, APRP, CTP, NCP has an extensive education history and a range of certifications. Javier M. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.Sc.B.A) with a focus on Finance & Economics from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.

Following their undergraduate studies, Javier pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago. Javier M. completed this program from 2003 to 2006.

In addition to their academic degrees, Javier has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Javier M. achieved the designation of Accredited Payment Risk Professional (APRP) from Nacha in August 2022. Javier M. also holds the certification of National Check Professional (NCP) from the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO), obtained in June 2018.

Furthermore, Javier is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) accredited by the Scrum Alliance since January 2014. Javier M. is also an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) obtained in October 2002 and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), certified by the Association for Financial Professionals since June 2000.
