Allison Marsh Cia

Allison Marsh, CIA, CRMA has over 24 years of professional work experience. Allison started their career at Ford Motor Credit Company as a Sr. Customer Service Representative. Allison then worked at Credit Union Liquidity Services (CULS) as a Collections Officer and later as a Sr. Credit Analyst in both Consumer and Commercial Lending. Allison served as the Director - Sr. Credit Officer and Chief Credit Officer at CULS before transitioning to A Marsh Consulting Group as a Senior Financial Services Consultant. Allison then joined American AgCredit, where they held various roles, including Director of Internal Audit, Head of Internal Audit & Standards of Conduct Officer, Head of Enterprise Risk Management & Standards of Conduct Officer, and currently, they are the Executive Head of Integrated Risk & Standards of Conduct Officer. Throughout their career, Allison has demonstrated expertise in risk management, internal audit, credit analysis, and financial services consulting.

Allison Marsh, CIA, CRMA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Huntsville High School from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Allison has earned certifications in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in June 2021 and as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in September 2020 from the same institution.
