Christina Clary

Christina Clary, CPTM, is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in compliance and technical training. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Lead and Compliance and Technical Training Lead at American AgCredit since August 2021, Christina has previously held significant roles at Sterling from March 2017 to July 2021, including Senior Manager of People Operations. Christina's career began at State Farm and included various positions in client services and training management at Sterling Talent Solutions and Flood and Peterson. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, earned between 2006 and 2010.
