Crystal Norris

Crystal Norris, MBA has extensive work experience in the finance industry, specifically in the role of Assistant Vice President-Underwriter. Crystal has worked at American AgCredit since 2018, where they currently hold the position. Prior to that, Crystal worked at Farm Credit West from 2005 to 2018 in the same role.

Crystal Norris, MBA, received their Bachelor of Science degree in AgBusiness from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2005. Crystal pursued further education and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2011. In addition to their formal education, Crystal has obtained several certifications, including Interpersonal Communication, The Leader's Guide to Mindfulness (getAbstract Summary), and The Practices of High-Performing Employees, all obtained from LinkedIn in September 2020.
