Dave Eslinger

Dave Eslinger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dave began their career as a Training & Development Specialist at Saint Louis University in 2002 before transitioning to a Training Manager role at SSM Health Care in 2007. In 2011, they joined BJC HealthCare as a Sr. Manager, Learning Awareness & Development, where they managed the curriculum development for over 30,000 employees.

In 2012, Eslinger took on the position of Sales and Marketing Executive at Sandy Bender Real Estate. Dave then joined Tech Data in 2016 as a Learning and Organizational Development Practitioner, where they focused on building leadership and development planning culture.

In 2018, Eslinger joined WellCare Health Plans as a Sr. Manager, Talent Management & Leadership Development, where they redesigned and oversaw strategic talent and leadership development programs. Dave moved on to work at Rabo AgriFinance in 2020, first as VP, Talent Management Program Manager, and later as VP, Director Talent Management, responsible for building the new talent management function and defining strategy.

Eslinger also had experience as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at their own freelance consultancy and as a Photographer and Owner of Dave Eslinger Photography. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Development at American AgCredit.

Dave Eslinger holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Missouri State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include being a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand (obtained in November 2021), a DDI Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International (obtained in December 2016), a Prosci Change Management Practitioner from Prosci (obtained in December 2016), and True Colors certification from True Colors Intl (obtained in April 2013). Dave also holds a Missouri Real Estate License from the Mo Real Estate Commission (obtained in January 2012).
