Jenna Fiala

Jenna Fiala has a strong background in financial analysis and risk management. Jenna started their career as an Intern in Profitability Analysis at U.S. AgBank in 2006. Jenna then worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at U.S. AgBank from 2007 to 2010, where they were responsible for interest rate risk reporting and asset liability management. Jenna also participated in market valuations, derivative valuations, and loan analysis. From 2010 to 2011, Jenna served as the Manager of Interest Rate Risk Analysis at U.S. AgBank, where they managed monthly reporting and presented asset liability metrics to committees. Jenna then joined CoBank in 2012 as the Manager of Asset Liability Management, where they integrated asset and liability models. In their most recent role, Jenna worked at American AgCredit as the Head of Strategic Financial Modeling since 2015. Jenna'sresponsibilities included managing a team and implementing risk and forecasting models.

Jenna Fiala pursued their education in business administration, specializing in finance. Jenna obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Fort Hays State University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006. Following this, Jenna pursued further education and enrolled at Wichita State University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2008 and 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jenna has also obtained certifications, including "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn, in March 2021.
