Kristine Dolin

Kristine Dolin has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Kristine currently serves as the Business Training Director - Go To Market at American AgCredit. Prior to this, they worked at Inspire Brands as the Inspire Enterprise Training Lead, where they led the instructional design team and spearheaded global training initiatives for various restaurant brands. Kristine also served as a Learning Strategist at Maher & Maher, where they directed learning solutions and strategies for Fortune 100 clients. Before that, they founded their own company, Dolin Design, LLC, where they served as President and Chief Learning Officer, working with Fortune 100 clients and overseeing all aspects of the company. Earlier in their career, they held positions at BellSouth, where they owned talent acquisition and leadership development programs, and at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, where they designed curricula and reduced training time.

Kristine Dolin has a Master of Science - MS degree in Instructional Design from Florida State University. Kristine also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Psychology from the same university. Additionally, they have a Mini MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
