Daniel Schiff

Daniel Schiff is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience at American Airlines since June 2015, where currently serving as the Sr. Manager of IOC Network OPS Strategy. In this role, Daniel develops real-time responses to operational challenges, elevates customer recovery across a global network, and leads strategic initiatives with regional partners and airline alliances. Previous positions at American Airlines include Duty Manager for Customer Service Recovery and various managerial roles that emphasized customer service excellence and operational efficiency across extensive flight networks. Prior experience includes supervisory roles at Piedmont Airlines and an apprenticeship at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
