Don Strohm has extensive experience in IT services, currently serving as a Manager of IT Services and previously as the Manager of Desktop Support Services at American Airlines since September 2008. Prior experience includes a role as a Sr. Distributed Systems Technician at EDS from July 2002 to September 2008 and as a Desktop Specialist at Verizon Enterprise Solutions Group from May 2000 to June 2002, where support was provided for end users at major airports. Prior to these positions, Don served as a Customer Service Engineer at DecisionOne from July 1997 to May 2000, focusing on the repair of computers and printers. Don holds an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering from CHI Institute, earned between 1996 and 1997.
