Holly Rockowski

Holly "Rock" Rockowski is a seasoned professional in the aviation maintenance industry, currently serving as Supervisor of Base Maintenance at American Airlines since October 2023. Previously, Rockowski held the position of Maintenance Controller at Ameriflight, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing the readiness of 115 aircraft across multiple bases. At Lockheed Martin, extensive experience was gained as a Propulsion Center Integrator and Test Engineer Lead for the F35, managing teams, ensuring compliance with systems, and integrating management ideas into operational plans. Prior roles included quality engineering at Bell Helicopter and a diverse range of positions in the United States Marine Corps, culminating in roles as Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Quality Assurance Manager. Rockowski holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
