Jeff Joy

Jeff Joy is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently a Managing Director at American Airlines overseeing IT for regional carriers, Jeff has held various senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Information Technology & Operations Planning and Performance at Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation. Additionally, Jeff has significant experience in systems operations control and crew resources from previous positions. Jeff began their career in application development and support at Skyservice Airlines. Educationally, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and further studies from Walden University.
