Jenna Fulton is a seasoned recruitment specialist with extensive experience in aviation and accounting recruitment. Currently serving as a Specialist in Aviation Recruitment at American Airlines since October 2024, Jenna employs advanced recruitment techniques and tools, including Crelate and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, to attract high-caliber candidates. Prior to this role, Jenna was an Account Manager and Nationwide Recruiter at Cost Accounting Recruiters, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment processes, client relationship management, and successful placements.
