Jessica Tyler serves as Vice President of the Integrated Operations Center at American Airlines, overseeing cross-functional teams responsible for the daily operation of nearly 6,000 flights globally. With a rich history at American Airlines, Jessica has also held roles such as President of Cargo and VP of Airport Excellence, where support for cargo and airport teams was paramount for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous positions include VP of Cargo Strategy and Development, managing various teams focused on culture, partnerships, and innovation, and Managing Director of Cargo Culture and Transformation, leading strategic initiatives and process improvements. Before joining American Airlines, Jessica excelled at Gallup as Global Practice Leader of Employee Engagement and Wellbeing and held various leadership positions in the education sector, alongside consulting for educational institutions and businesses. Jessica holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration, and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
