Kaushal Kishore Anand

Kaushal Kishore Anand currently serves as a Delivery Lead at American Airlines since May 2016, where responsibilities include launching the Scaled Agile Framework and coaching teams on SAFE principles. Prior to this, Kaushal worked as a Delivery Lead/Scrum Master at HTC Global Services for State Farm Insurance, successfully launching the Scrum Framework and collaborating with business partners to prioritize requirements. Kaushal's earlier experience includes various roles at Accenture, where project teams were established from scratch and Agile methodologies were implemented, and a position as a Software Engineer at Zintec Software Pvt. Ltd., focusing on designing user interfaces. Kaushal holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Project Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Radha Govind Engineering College.
