Kimberly Cisek serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience and Product Management at American Airlines since May 2014, where emphasis is on enhancing the customer journey through innovation and collaboration. Previously held roles at US Airways include Managing Director of Customer Experience Innovation & Delivery, Director of Customer Relations, and various managerial and analytical positions in reservations and finance. Cisek holds an MBA and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
