Machele A Lugo has extensive experience in engineering and quality analysis within the IT sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer and IT Analyst at American Airlines since August 2016, Machele specializes in automating test cases using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java, as well as testing applications on mobile devices. Prior to American Airlines, Machele worked at Intel Corporation for eight years, where roles included Systems/Quality Analyst, noted for creating test automation scripts for the McAfee Integration project, and Solutions Quality Analyst/Test Lead, overseeing test management activities throughout the software development life cycle. An early career role as Software Quality Analyst at Weyerhauser Co involved testing message transformation and delivery systems. Machele holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from New Mexico State University.
