Pete Sottnik

Pete Sottnik has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Technical Crew Chief for Aircraft Seats at American Airlines since May 1987, with a decade spent in the structural shop focusing on various aircraft including the 727, DC10, MD11, F100, MD80, 757, and A300. Previous roles include serving as President of the Volkswagen Club of Tulsa in 2013 and a distinguished career in the US Navy and US Navy Reserve from September 1980 to March 2003, where Pete held the title of Aviation Machinist Mate 1st Class, specializing in engine mechanics and inspection for SH-2F Helicopters. Academic qualifications include an Aircraft Maintenance Technician degree from Colorado Aero Tech (1985-1987) and a High School Diploma from McClancy High School (1977-1981).
