Kelli Retallick

Kelli Retallick has extensive experience in the field of genetics and livestock. Kelli currently serves as the President of Angus Genetics Inc. Since joining the company in 2016, Kelli has held various roles, including Director of Genetic and Genomic Programs and Genetic Service Director.

Prior to their work at Angus Genetics Inc., Kelli worked at 2K Cattle Enterprises as an Assistant Herdsman/Marketing Assistant. Their responsibilities included marketing high-quality genetics to improve the quality of clients' herds and providing care and nutrition for livestock for exhibitions.

Kelli also worked at the American Gelbvieh Association as the Director of Member Programs. During their tenure, they worked on breed improvement and member services teams and collaborated on the creation of new programs to enhance member experience.

Kelli furthered their education by working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University, where they earned a master's degree in animal breeding and genetics. Kelli's responsibilities included conducting research, overseeing undergraduates, and assisting professors as a teaching assistant.

Additionally, Kelli gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Animal Sciences Department. Kelli worked on various research projects and gained hands-on research skills.

Kelli also worked as a Summer Activities Intern at the University of Wisconsin-Extension.
