Sarah Kocher

Sarah Kocher is a Communications Specialist at the American Angus Association since June 2023. Previously, Sarah served as a 4-H Youth Development Agent with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension from July 2019 to June 2023 and worked as Assistant Editor for The Agriculturalist at Kansas State University from August 2017 to May 2019. Sarah's experience also includes reporting for the Collegian Media Group, a broadcast internship at K-State Research and Extension, and a Producer Communications internship at Certified Angus Beef LLC. Other roles include an internship with High Plains Journal and positions at AgTech Inc., Newtson Farms, and Moyer Farms. Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Parks, Recreation, Tourism and Sport Management from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's of Science in Agricultural Communications & Journalism from Kansas State University, complemented by an exchange program at University College Dublin in 2018.
