Nick New is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in apprenticeship development, digital marketing, and leadership consulting. As Co-Founder of American Apprentices Work since January 2020, Nick has focused on creating innovative apprenticeship programs for American employers. Prior to this role, Nick held various leadership positions at AVADO, including EVP Growth, where efforts were directed towards establishing the US Apprenticeship business, and Managing Director, North America. With a strong background in marketing and digital solutions, Nick previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at CrowdSurge, Group Marketing Director of eCommerce at Universal Music Group, and Head of Marketing for IPC Media’s music brands, overseeing substantial marketing budgets and partnerships. Nick's career includes a notable tenure at The Knowledge Engineers, contributing to the expansion of digital education and delivering training programs globally. Academic credentials include a BSc Hons in Economics & Sociology from the University of Surrey.
