Allen Kipper

Allen Kipper has extensive experience in sales, primarily with Prudential California Realty since January 1985 and previously with ROYAL RESERVE FINANCIAL from March 1996 to June 2004 as a loan consultant. Allen's educational background includes studying economics at University from 1961 to 1966 and philosophy at Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University from 1961 to 1965, where no degree was awarded.
