Kathryn O'Connor

Kathryn O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kathryn currently works as the Assistant Director of Leadership Philanthropy at the American Association for Cancer Research, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn served as the Director of Annual Giving at Philabundance from 2019 to 2023. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA, where they held the position of Manager of Annual Giving and Donor Relations. Before that, Kathryn worked as a Data Management Specialist at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, from 2005 to 2012. In 2003, they served as a Sales Secretary at Modern Handling Equipment Company, and from 2000 to 2003, they were employed as a Supervising Secretary at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton Guidance Clinic. Throughout their career, Kathryn has gained valuable experience in various roles and organizations.

Kathryn O'Connor completed their education at multiple institutions. Kathryn attended Conwell-Egan Catholic High School between 1994 and 1998. Later on, they pursued a degree in Hospitality and Tourism at Bucks County Community College from 2009 to 2011. Lastly, Kathryn studied Communications, Corporate/PR at Drexel University from 2012 to 2015, earning their Bachelor of Science degree.
