Suzanne Rose has had a successful career in the field of communication and journalism. Suzanne began their work experience as a Communications Manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital in 1999, where they worked for eight years. In 2007, they moved on to work as an Editor at Harvard Health Publications, Harvard Medical School, where they stayed for four years before joining the American Association for Cancer Research in 2011. At the AACR, they held the position of News Editor for Cancer Discovery. Overall, Suzanne Rose has gained valuable experience in the healthcare and medical communication fields through their various roles in prestigious organizations.

Suzanne Rose completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Carleton College from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Journalism at Boston University from 1992 to 1993.
