Samantha Rosenberg

Samantha Rosenberg, CAE, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief People and Governance Officer at the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine since June 2019, leading HR strategy and operations for a $20M global professional association while advising the CEO and Board on organizational matters. Prior to this role, Samantha held various senior HR positions at IESC, overseeing a global HR operation for a nonprofit with international development programs. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for several organizations, managing HR functions, compliance, and employee relations. An accomplished recruiter, Samantha began her career as an attorney recruiter and has a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
