Ythrip Karar is a CNC Certification Assistant at the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) since June 2023. Previously, Karar served as an Access, Diversity, and Inclusion Intern at the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) from May 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing resources for the ADI section of the ADEA website and conducting research related to dental education and diversity. In addition, Karar worked as a Substitute Teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools from May 2019 to June 2023, implementing educational techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Earlier experiences include internships at Health Career Connection, Moving Forward Sudan, and Northern Virginia Area Health Education Center. Ythrip Karar holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from George Mason University, completed in 2020, and an Advanced Diploma from Justice High School, obtained in 2016.
