Nidhi Gandhi-Patel, PharmD, BS, is an experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the Interim Co-Director of the AACP Transformation Center at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy since July 2019. In this role, Nidhi leads practice transformation initiatives in partnership with national organizations and healthcare professionals. Previous responsibilities include serving as the Associate Director of Research Programs and Special Initiatives, overseeing significant scientific research programs and strategic initiatives, as well as completing a two-year Academic Leadership and Education Fellowship focused on innovation in pharmacy education and practice. Nidhi also completed a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Albertsons Companies and gained early experience as a Pharmacy Student Intern and Teaching Assistant. Nidhi holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Wingate University School of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from North Carolina State University.
