Karen Sheridan

Karen Sheridan is a seasoned professional in human resources with an extensive career spanning over three decades. Since August 2006, Karen has served as Director of Human Resources at AAIS. Prior to this role, Karen was the Managing Partner of the Chicago Office at Idea Connections Systems, Inc. from 1995 to 2006, where the focus was on human resources consulting related to innovation and creativity systems. Earlier experience includes a position in HR at BP Amoco from 1988 to 1995. Karen holds a Master's degree from Northern Illinois University.
