Martin A. Mleczko Jr.

Martin A. Mleczko Jr. is an accomplished law enforcement executive with over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles within the Nevada Highway Patrol and significant contributions to the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA). Currently serving as Secretary and Law Enforcement At Large Member on the AAMVA Board of Directors, Martin promotes collaboration among law enforcement agencies to enhance public safety and reduce fraud. Martin A.'s tenure at the Nevada State Police has seen Martin rise through ranks to Lieutenant Colonel, where Martin A. leads initiatives focused on highway safety and crime prevention. Martin's additional roles include board memberships in several committees, such as the Nevada Advisory Committee on Traffic Safety and the AMBER Alert Advisory Committee. Martin holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and multiple certifications related to law enforcement and emergency management.
