Carolina Pace

Carolina Pace is an emerging professional in the field of medicine, currently involved with the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) as a Mentoranda within the Women in Neurosurgery initiative since August 2021. Previously, Carolina served as President of the Liga Acadêmica de Empreendedorismo, Carreira Médica e Gestão em Saúde da UFRJ from January 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating educational activities such as classes, masterclasses, and workshops, featuring both local and international speakers. Carolina also gained experience as a medical content producer at beSafe Saúde from September to November 2021. Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Medicine at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with an expected completion date in 2025.
