Juan Uribe M.D.

Juan Uribe, MD, currently serves as the Chair of the Spine section at the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and is an Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Neurosurgery Publishing Group. Since August 2017, Juan Uribe has held the position of Vice Chair in the Department of Neurosurgery at Barrow Neurological Institute. Prior to this, from July 2007 to July 2017, Juan Uribe was the Director of the Spine Division in the Neurosurgery Department at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Florida, along with studies at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Universidad de Antioquia, and Instituto de Ciencias de la Salud.
