Eriona Gjonaj

Eriona Gjonaj has extensive experience in the banking and communications sectors, currently serving as the Team Leader of the Total Quality Management Division and Head of the Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting Department at the American Bank of Investments since August 2006. Prior roles at the bank included Individuals & Business Sales Advisor, and previous positions include Assistant Office Manager at Albania Network Communication and Representative of AMC Shop Samos Tower. Gjonaj began a career as an Interpreter at various attorneys' offices from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Senior Specialist degree in Finance & Bank from the University of Tirana, an Advanced Executive Postgraduate Course in Bank Management & Stock Exchange from the Institute of Strategic Studies and Trainings, and study in Foreign Languages at the University of Tirana, along with a program at the University of Joannina.
