Genta Lama has over 16 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as a Human Resources Senior Specialist at American Bank of Investments since August 2020. Prior to this role, Genta held multiple positions at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania from October 2004 to August 2020, including Network Development Senior Specialist, Product Development Specialist, Mastercard Reconciliation Specialist, and Customer Service Teller.
