Kelli Ruggeberg, SHRM-CP, has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. Kelli started as a Human Resources Specialist at Rhythm City Casino Resort in 2012 and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they joined CAR-FRESHNER Corporation as a Human Resources Manager and remained in that position until 2019. Since 2019, Kelli has been employed at American Bank & Trust, initially serving as a Human Resources Manager before being promoted to AVP Human Resources Director in August 2021.
Kelli Ruggeberg, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Northern Iowa, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to attending university, they completed their secondary education at Calamus-Wheatland Secondary in 2006.
Alongside their formal education, Kelli has also obtained additional certifications in their field. In 2010, they earned a certification in Training and Development in Business from the University of Northern Iowa. Kelli furthered their education in Human Resources Management by obtaining their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2021.
Looking towards the future, Kelli Ruggeberg is pursuing further professional development through the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Kelli is set to complete their certification in Human Resources Management in March 2023.
