Shelly Aucay

Shelly Aucay, J.D., is currently serving as a Corporate/International Tax Legal Extern at Williams Mullen since August 2024. Aucay participates in the American Bar Association's Tax Section Transfer Pricing Committee's Mentorship Program as a mentee, gaining insights into corporate tax operations. Previous experience includes a Legal Intern position at Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation A, a Research Assistant role at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law, and an internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Aucay has also worked as a Legal Extern for the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection and held a position as a Federal Background Investigator at Peraton. Aucay holds a Doctor of Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law and is pursuing an LLM in Tax Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Additionally, Aucay earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Kean University.
